Follow doctor’s hygiene and care instructions
Avoid sexual activity for 5-7 days
Avoid hot baths or saunas for 48 hours
Stay hydrated and avoid heavy lifting
NOTE
- Please apply sunscreen with a minimum SPF of 30 whenever going outdoors.
- Bruising, mild pain and swelling is normal post injection, up to one week. over the counter paracetamol may be taken if necessary.
- The first couples of days after treatment, a cold compress may help to relieve pain. Please apply for a maximum of 10 minutes at a time, every few hours.
- **If the skin colour at the injection site changes colour (white or matted purple) and or increase in pain significantly within the first 4 hours after injection, please contact the clinic immediately.**
